ChR Red Talon

The ChR Red Talon was a Romulan Star Empire starship, a D7 Stormbird-class cruiser in Romulan Imperial Fleet service in the 23rd century.

Service history and disposition[]

Red Talon was originally captured from the Klingon Empire during a war with Romulus. The vessel's mass was 50,000 tons. Considered old by the 2260s, Valdus Ionis Zorokove refit the ship to D7 class specifications, rebuilding bulkhead frames and deck walls in several sections using a special material composed of cobalt and lithium hydride, part of a long-range plan to create a "dirty" bomb to wipe out the Rey.
