The ChR Sculex (IRC-1424) was a modified Vas Hatham-class bird-of-prey in the Romulan Imperial Star Navy in service during the 23rd and 24th centuries.
Service history[]
Prior to the Treaty of Algernon of 2311, the Sculex was sent on a mission to find and destroy the Oberth-class scout USS Cochrane, of which the Romulan government believed Starfleet was using covertly to test-bed a cloaking device. In the encounter, the Sculex was badly damaged and later scuttled. (Decipher RPG module: Starships)
