cha'DIch, son of hiJaK was a Klingon male who served in the Klingon Defense Force in the late 24th century.

cha'DIch was apparently named after cha'DIch, a Klingon title.

By the 2370s, cha'DIch had risen to command the IKS Botka, a command which was granted by Chancellor Gowron himself. However, he later went onto betray the Klingon Empire, and Gowron, when he allied with the House of Duras. He aided Lursa and B'Etor in their attempt to kidnap the Chancellor from Deep Space 9 in 2371.

Gowron with his two guards managed to escape the sealed room of the BotKa into which they were transported. Suddenly they emerged from the turbolift onto the bridge with disrupters drawn. Three of the crew made a vain to reach their weapons against them. cha'DIch and his navigator instead raised their arms in surrender. Seeing the captain, Gowron scolded him for his betrayal and asked for his weapon. Without a response, cha'DIch made a slow move for his disrupter, and tried to draw it fast, but Gowron was faster and cut him down.

cha'DIch fell down, and Gowron turned him around with his foot and saw that he was dead. He commented that stupidity could not cover the honor he lost with his betrayal. (ST novel: Klingon)
