The Chamber of Ministers is the seat of government and legislature of the Third Republic of Bajor. One of its official duties is to ratify the First Minister's choice for the office of Bajor's Federation Councillor.

In 2376 the Chamber was one of several sites where parasitic aliens were able to take control. Six senior members were taken hostage by the parasites. (DS9 novel: Unity)
