In 2376, Quark and Deru acquired land on Chin'toka IX from a retired Gul, paying for it in kanar and taspar eggs. Deru later tried to sell it to the Kobheerian entrepreneur Riilampe. (DS9 novel: Demons of Air and Darkness)
