Gul Chok was a Cardassian man and a military officer.

Biography[]

In 2369, Gul Chok planted a bomb on Terok Nor with the intent of destroying it before the Bajoran and Federation handover for the station becoming Deep Space 9. Chok was unable to activate the bomb, but several months later returned to the station ostensibly as a trader, but tried to activate the bomb in a failed attempt. Benjamin Sisko expected Gul Chok to be tried for terrorism in a Federation court, but then turned over to his people in a prisoner swap for Bajoran prisoners. (DS9 novel: The Star Ghost)
