Chokuzan

The Chokuzan were a humanoid race encountered by the Federation starship USS Voyager in the year 2377, on the far side of a Q spatial flexure. (VOY episode: "Q2")

It is not entirely clear whether the Chokuzan could be a race from within the galaxy, or even if they are from the primary universe as opposed to another dimension or alternate reality.
