Christine Alvarez was a Human woman who was a member and staunch supporter of the Anti-Federation League in the 23rd century.

Biography[]

In 2267, Christine and five other members acquired her father's Marquis-class yacht, the SS Harmony, and departed on a mission across the Klingon Neutral Zone to establish diplomatic and peaceful with the Klingon Empire.

Shortly after crossing into Klingon territory, the unnarmed Harmony was attacked by the IKS B'Ardaq, a cargo vessel. The Harmony was soon overwhelmed and Christine and the other Humans were taken prisoner. While aboard the B'Ardaq, attempts to communicate with the Klingons resulted in failure and one member, Alan, had his arms broken when he attempted to talk to a guard. Realising that they had to keep their strengths up, Christine persuaded the others to eat gagh in order to stay alive.

Eventually, Christine and three others were rescued alive by Lieutenant Michael Fuller and a security team from the USS Enterprise, and Alan's broken arms were treated by the Enterprise's medical staff. (TOS - Errand of Fury novel: Demands of Honor)
