All That Most Maddens

"All That Most Maddens and Torments" by Christopher Cooper.

Christopher Cooper is a writer and editor. He has been an editor of Star Trek Magazine.

Cooper has written TOS and TNG short stories. He also wrote an unusual one-page comic story in which Montgomery Scott consulted the Klingon Bird of Prey Owners' Workshop Manual during the events of The Voyage Home as he tried to figure out how to get full power from the HMS Bounty and return to the 23rd century.

Outside of Star Trek, Cooper has written extensively for the Doctor Who franchise, including a novel, five audio dramas, and a large number of Tenth Doctor and Eleventh Doctor comic strips in Titan Magazines' Doctor Who Adventures magazine. He has also written Transformers comic strips and even a Blake 7 novel.
