Cinda-Ru was a female Donican who served as a spokesperson for the Donico Decorum and Diplomacy Corps in 2267. She replaced Kyo-Ina after she was kidnapped by members of the FreeSpeakers. After initially upholding the policy of denying any problems on Donico II, Cinda-Ru decided to do what she had to ensure Kyo-Ina's safe release, and announced the problems with the planetary power Grid to the planet.
