Clark Terrell was a Human Starfleet officer and captain of the USS Concord in 2260s of the Kelvin timeline. (TOS - Boldly Go comic: "Issue 1")

Biography

In 2263, Terrell and other crew members were assimilated by the Borg. As a Borg, he was then beamed to the USS Endeavour as they attacked Outpost Armstrong. He warned Kirk and his crew that their technology was inferior and that they would be assimilated.(TOS - Boldly Go comics: "Issue 1", "Issue 2")

Spock was then able to tell Terrell and the Borg to "sleep".
