The Coalition of Planets Security Council was the organizing body of the Coalition of Planets. It was comprised of the authorized representatives of the member states who had ratified the Coalition Compact, most of whom were ambassadors to United Earth who served ex officio on the San Francisco-based Coalition Council. In 2155, the Vulcan and Andorian Foreign Ministers, who had previously served as ambassadors to United Earth, each continued to represent their worlds on the Council, whilst the United Earth Prime Minister and United Earth Interior Minister represented Earth.
