"Cold War" is a mission in the Star Trek Online video game. It is the first mission in the Cold War episode.

Description[]

Mission text (Federation): We've received a request for aid from the Deferi, a warp-capable species in the Alpha Quadrant. They're located near Cardassian space, and they've reported several attacks on their shipping.; Since the Deferi are not as technologically sophisticated as the Federation and they are asking for help, we should assist them. Head out there and see what you can do.

Mission text (Klingon): The Empire owes a debt of honor to the Deferi, a species native to the Alpha Quadrant. They have suffered several attacks in their space, and require our… assistance. Provide it. Uphold the Empire's debt of honor.
