The Committee to Abolish Itchy Tweed (CAIT) was a group of Ferengi women who were opposed to some clothing manufacturers making clothes itchy so Ferengi women would not want to wear them.
Some meetings of the group were attended by visitors from Cait, who thought the meeting was for them to lodge complaints. They mostly complained about Ferenginar's weather. (DS9 - Strange New Worlds 9 short story: "The Last Tree on Ferenginar: A Ferengi Fable From the Future")
