Condar was a village on Betazed, not far from the Loneel Mountains. Condar was primarily an agricultural community, with cavat being a key crop grown there.
When the Dominion occupied Betazed in 2374 and 2375, they built a ketracel-white distillery in Condar. The hospital at Condar was a target of the Betazed resistance toward the end of the occupation, when the rebels attempted to steal a supply of ryetalyn. (TNG novel: The Battle of Betazed)
