The Congress Hall was a structure located somewhere in the Lekk system.

History and specifics[]

In 2375, the Qavoks deceived and abducted the Lekk First Citizen along with his cabinet members in the Congress Hall, intending to imprison and coerce them in an effort to force the Lekks into submission to the Qavok Empire.

By unfortunate coincidence, Doctor Maalot and Lieutenant Tyla of the Lekk Deep Space Force were present at the Congress Hall to deliver an astrophysical report when the abduction occurred, and they were captured as well. (VOY novel: Death of a Neutron Star)
