Connie Faddis (1943 - ) is an artist and a twice-published author of Star Trek short stories.
She also wrote a non-Trek short story under the name C.R. Faddis, which was published in Isaac Asimov's science fiction magazine anthology.
Paula M. Block met Faddis in Pittsburgh in the 1970s. (Strange New Worlds I)
