Cor Coroli IX was a Vulcan colony world in the Alpha Quadrant, with a small population numbering in the hundreds.

In 2337, a small one-man craft crashed on Cor Coroli IX, piloted by a Romulan named Rajari. He was aided by a Vulcan woman named T'Pas, who Rajari then raped and impregnated. The child of that union, Soleta, was primarily raised on Cor Coroli IX. (NF short story: "Revelations").

"Cor Coroli" is presumably a misspelling of Cor Caroli, a real star (Alpha Canum Venaticorum) mentioned in the TNG episode "Allegiance."
