Corn pudding was a type of homestyle pudding cuisine served on the planet Earth.

History and specifics[]

Captain James T. Kirk enjoyed corn pudding while growing up in Iowa, served both as a main course or a side dish. It was made with milk, flour, butter, salt, sugar, and corn.

In the 2260s decade, Kirk shared the recipe with Nurse Christine Chapel, who adapted it for the USS Enterprise's food processors. (TOS reference: Official Cooking Manual)
