Coroticus III was a planet in or near Federation space, and homeworld to the pre-warp Corotican race.

Sometime prior to 2374, Starfleet established a covert cultural observation post on Coroticus, just outside the village of Baldakor. In 2374, the Federation was forced to abandon the planet to invading Dominion forces. During their occupation, the Vorta leader, Ushpallar, ordered the annihilation of the town of Ajjem-kuyr, home of the Ajjem-kuyr Academy.

In 2376, following the end of the Dominion War, the USS da Vinci visited Coroticus to assess the damage done by the Dominion and to re-establish the observation post there. (SCE eBook: Fables of the Prime Directive)
