The Council of Physicians was a medical body present within the Vulcan government during the 22nd century. It covered medical matters and was charged with the jurisdiction of matters relating to that medical field. It was governed by a set of protocols one of which allowed a complaint to be made against the Chief Physician for any charges made against an individual. (ENT episode: Stigma)
