Creole shrimp is a food made from an Earth crustacean lifeform, the shrimp, prepared in the New Orleans creole style of cooking.

History and specifics[]

In the 24th century, Joseph Sisko served creole shrimp with mandalay sauce. In the year 2371, Benjamin Sisko served it with a dinner for Jake Sisko, Mardah and himself. (DS9 episode: "The Abandoned")

Joseph served it in Sisko's Creole Kitchen. An advertisement in the Federation Travel Guide said customers would fall in love with the creole shrimp in mandalay sauce. (ST reference: Federation Travel Guide)
