Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Crymin was a male individual that served the Romulan Star Empire as an officer within their intelligence apparatus, the Tal Shiar, claiming the rank as an ensign assigned to the Listening Post Hephaestus, where the operative met his death as a consequence of his compliance with the instructions of Colonel Hakeev. (STO mission: "Mine Enemy")

Biography[]

Pledged to serve the interests of the Romulan Star Empire which had been reestablished beneath Empress Sela after a supernova obliterated its throneworld, Crymin was admitted to the ranks of the Tal Shiar, an intelligence bureau which had begun to supplant the armed forces of the Imperial state in certain areas. As a member of their organisation, Crymin became an ensign who was assigned to serve on a listening post inside the Hfihar star system which was concealed beneath a mining installation. Under the leadership of Colonel Hakeev, the communications center monitored the activities of the other superpowers within the Alpha and Beta Quadrants, but encountered issues from the undomesticated warriguls native to the tunnels around it. Over the course of their service together, Crymin gained the approval of his comrades, including one who voiced their belief that he had a promising future, but this was cut short when Hakeev ordered Crymin to explore these passages with a disruptor. The organic remains of the ensign were later discovered in a state which one observer claimed looked "melted". (STO mission: "Mine Enemy")
