Cu'lan T'ullhy was a Damiani military officer in the 24th century.
By the year 2368, he had reached the rank of general, and was head of the planetary defense forces. That same year, he led the Damiani defenses against Starfly One Bioprobe, a prototype Federation probe that had malfunctioned and landed in the capital city Iaron, wrecking death and destruction. He was contemptuous of the Starfleet officers sent to deal with Starfly, but in the end cooperated with them in order to defeat the probe. (NF short story: "Oil and Water")
