Cul was a 24th century Romulan, an officer in the Romulan Imperial Fleet at the turn of the 2370s decade.
Biography[]
In the year 2370, Cul held the rank of subcommander and was serving on the Romulan Empire's recon scout Tdal. The Tdal violated the Romulan Neutral Zone by several light-years and was confronted by the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D for the violation. Cul succinctly informed Enterprise that Tdal had a passenger aboard specifically bound for the Enterprise. After having Leonard McCoy beamed over, Cul and his vessel quickly withdrew.
