Cuzar was an Evoran dignitary in the 24th century. She was aboard the USS Enterprise for a reception welcoming her people to the United Federation of Planets in 2375. At the party, Federation Starfleet Captain Jean-Luc Picard was expected to dance with her after she placed ceremonial beads on his head.
