Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Cyloo was a 23rd century Osori envoy of Osor Prime, dispatched to represent her people at the three-way summit between the United Federation of Planets, the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Star Empire.

Biography[]

As part of the Osori diplomatic initiative Cyloo was chosen to serve aboard the Klingon bird-of-prey IKS Lukara as the official envoy to the joint conference at Nimbus III. During the voyage she was abducted by Lukara's physician Dr. Kesh (alias Siroth) and hidden in a cryo-vault on an ice-covered planetoid. Employing her species’ phase-shifting and subspace transmission abilities, she sent a distress signal that enabled Lieutenant Commander Spock and Commander Plavius to locate and rescue her.
