Cyonis IV was a planet, the fourth planet of the Cyonis system, located within Federation space in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.
History and specifics[]
Following a mission to Mimit in 2274, Cyonis IV was the next scheduled port of call for the starship USS Enterprise. Mike Carpenter and Lucy smuggled two canisters of theep aboard the Enterprise in hopes of offloading them on Cyonis IV, where the drug could be sold for a fortune. Their risk was great, as convicted smugglers faced the death penalty on Cyonis IV. (TOS comic: "The Wristwatch Plantation")
