D-19218 was a class D planet, an uninhabitable world in the territory of the Borg Collective. It was one of three known planets in System J-361, located in the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. Three dilithium moons were found in D-19218's vicinity. (ST video game: Armada II mission: "Staging Grounds")

A class D ice planet of the same name was located in the Itari system. (ST video game: Legacy)

History[]

On stardate 54727.7 (2377), the Federation Venture-class scout USS Coltrane detected the staging grounds of the Borg fleet in System J-361 while on a reconnaissance mission. Starfleet dispatched a small fleet, led by the USS Enterprise-E, to locate the base within the system. Once the Borg nexus and other installations had been found in the gravity well of a class J gas giant, Starfleet sent reinforces, which arrived at D-19218. A three-way battle ensued between the Borg and Species 8472 while Starfleet retreated from the system after destroying the Collective's staging grounds.
