Biography[]
Captain Bayard's specialty in the 2290s decade was as a starship commanding officer, assigned to command of the Federation starship USS Springfield. In the year 2293, Springfield was proposed to join Operation Retrieve from a start point in sector 21835, under Bayard's command. (TOS movie: The Undiscovered Country)
- The Operation Retrieve info was a series of charts created as set dressing by the production artists and decorators, and as such was not all distinctly visible on screen.
