Dace System Patrol

"Dace System Patrol" is a patrol mission in the game Star Trek Online, acquired by entering the Dace system.

Description[]

Mission text: Starfleet reports increased Gorn activity in this system, and specifically in the orbit of this planet.

The numerous Gorn ships that have been detected in this system are concentrating near the larger asteroids caught in the gravity well of the planet.

There is an archaeological team on the surface of the planet. They've uncovered some interesting artifacts, and they're calling in exo-paleontologists and geologists from the Federation Science Council.

It's possible that the team has found a proto-reptilian civilization. If so, I'm not surprised that the Gorn are taking an interest in this system.

Our orders are to patrol the orbit of the planet and engage the Gorn vessels. Starfleet wants this system clear of enemy activity before the science ship arrives.
