Daniel Kosa was a male Human Starfleet chief medical officer who served in Starfleet in the 24th century.
By 2376, Kosa was serving aboard the USS Exeter as chief medical officer. A pure-blooded Sioux, Kosa was tall, jowly and gray-haired. He was notoriously known for muttering his catchphrase "no respect" while giving physical examinations and treating illnesses and injuries, and often for no reason at all. - Dr. Kosa is named for native New Jersey film actor and commercial voice over artist Daniel Kosa, who is of Cherokee decent, tall and somewhat gray-haired, but not in the least bit jowly.[citation needed]
