Daps centurionis was a type of meat and vegetables cuisine favored by Romulans in the 23rd century.

History and specifics[]

This dish was served on Romulus during a banquet honoring a soldier who attained the rank of centurion.

In the year 2268, the Romulan Commander provided Nurse Christine Chapel with a copy of the recipe during her stay aboard the starship USS Enterprise. Chapel adapted it for the ship's food processors as a lamb and lentils dish, formulated using lamb, onion, salt, pepper, oil, vegetables, beef broth, water, bay leaf, pepper, green onions, parsley, and gravy.
