- For the primary universe counterpart, see Data.
In the mirror universe, Data was the science officer of the ISS Stargazer.
Biography[]
In the 2350s of the mirror universe, Data was one of several androids created by Dr. Noonien Soong and worked as a miner. Data was shown to the ISS Stargazer's captain, Jean-Luc Picard. Picard was able to fake Data's death and beamed him aboard the Stargazer. There, Data accepted Picard's offer to serve aboard the Stargazer. As one of Picard's officers, Data was able to assist him in his missions to worlds such as Coridian IX. Following the mission on Coridian IX, Data and Geordi La Forge examined the contraband, which were Borg components. Data used the components to "improve" himself. (TNG - Mirror Broken comic: "Origin of Data")
By the 2360s, Data continue his service aboard the ISS Stargazer under Captain Picard. (TNG - Mirror Broken comic: "Prelude")
Alternate mirror universes[]
Dark mirror[]
In another permutation of the mirror universe, the Terran Empire survived well in to the 24th century. In this timeline, Noonien Soong had been executed by the Empire. As a result, Data and his brothers did not exist in that particular timeline. (TNG novel: Dark Mirror)
Temporal anomaly crisis[]
In an alternate timeline affected by the Q Continuum's temporal anomaly crisis, Data from the mirror Enterprise-D appeared in local space and joined the effort to help resolve the crisis and related events. (ST video game: Timelines)
