"Davey".

"Davey".

For other uses, see Davey.

"Davey" was a nickname of a Tyrannosaurus rex dinosaur fossil, an animal that lived millions of years ago in California, on the North American continent of the planet Earth.

History and specifics[]

On 24 August 2075, paleontologist Davey Williams discovered the skeleton at Point Dume in Malibu, California, and it was later nicknamed "Davey".

By the 22nd century, "Davey" had become an exhibit at the San Francisco Museum of Natural History. According to the museum, the Hermosa Earthquake destabilized the crust and shifted the fossil closer to the surface, such that it could be unearthed.
