David Frank was a Human Starfleet officer in the 23rd century. As of the year 2267, he held the rank of ensign, and was assigned as relief science officer aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise. Frank was on bridge duty when the Enterprise responded to a distress call from the Thraz Outpost, an Andorian science colony. (TOS - Constellations short story: "Ambition")
