David Lloyd George (January 17, 1863 - March 26, 1945) was a male Human from Wales on Earth in the 19th and 20th centuries. He was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during World War I, and advocated for harsh reparations from the defeated Germans in its aftermath. It was generally felt those reparations helped create the conditions which Adolf Hitler was later able to exploit for his own rise to power years later.

In 2380, Deputy Presidential Chief of Staff Ashanté Phiri compared Federation Councillor Cort Enaren of Betazed to Lloyd George because of the councillor's opposition to continuing aid to Cardassia Prime in the aftermath of the Dominion War. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
