David de Winter was a 23rd century Klingon/Human hybrid who resided on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
In 2268, a year after the Organian Peace Treaty was enacted, de Winter's parents settled on the planet following a colonial initiative among 200 Humans and Klingons orchestrated by the Organians. Fifteen years later, on reference stardate 2/2104, the populace voted on whether to become an independent world or align with the Federation or Klingon Empire. In the mid 2270s decade, de Winter was born to agricultural technicians Frederick de Winter and Athora Gomorrac. He was the 18th child born on the Sheridan's World colony.
In 2283, de Winter was nine years old when citizens voted on the colony's future, one of seven children that age. He was one of 49 children and 21 hybrids born by that time. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
