"Doctor Davis".
"Doctor Davis" was the alias used by Doctor Leonard McCoy when he accompanied Admiral James T. Kirk on an undercover visit to Indalo Station and Mestiko circa the year 2272.
Kirk chose the name as a reference to McCoy's father, David McCoy. (TOS - Mere Anarchy eBook: Shadows of the Indignant)
