Dawn Velazquez was a 24th century Human woman, a Starfleet lieutenant who served aboard the Federation starship USS Pegasus under the command of Captain Erik Pressman in the late 2350s decade. She was killed during the illegal testing of an experimental phasing cloaking device in 2358. (TNG episode: "The Pegasus")
