Dderas Station Devron

Dderas Station in 2376.

Dderas Station was a 24th century Romulan space station, a Romulan starbase located in the Devron star system on the Cardassian-Romulan border in the 2370s decade. In the year 2376, this starbase was considered remote. (ST video game: Armada mission: "A Call to Arms")

History and specifics[]

The starbase was part of an outpost. The local infrastructure and assigned vessels included a pair of Romulan plasma turrets, the Romulan construction ship RIS Equis, the Romulan mining freighter RIS Lopan and a Romulan dilithium refinery.

In 2376, Tal Shiar agent Jal Par ordered Admiral Sela of the Romulan Star Navy to this remote starbase for what the admiral believed initially to be self-serving reasons. Jal Par revealed that a trade was going down between the Cardassians and the Ferengi. The Ferengi Latinum Consortium was selling an Omega molecule. Dderas Station came under attack from Ferengi and Cardassian starships but was defended by Sela's fleet. Meanwhile, Jal Par oversaw the construction of an Omega containment vessel and dispatched it to Dderas Station after its launch. Once Admiral Sela had pacified the system, the containment vessel had to move from the station to the Omega particle's location and tractor it back to Dderas Station.
