The Declaration of Nallin was a famous document in Orion culture, which formally liberated their race from slavery.
With the ceasefire that ended the Orion War, fought by Orion slaves for their independence, Nallin the Unconquerable simultaneously issued the Declaration of Nallin on February 13th, 56 BC (reference stardate −20/5602.13). He proclaimed that all Orions everywhere were a free people, citizens of Botchok and protected by the Botchok Planetary Congress wherever they went. Botchok would also be a free world, not bound by the Treaty of Kammzdast. It also promised that the Orions would have no enemies, for they only wanted to resume all of their pre-war trade relations, on a fair and equal basis (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge).
