Degra was a male Xindi-Primate scientist who served on the Xindi Council during the 2150s.
History[]
Degra was the primary designer of the Xindi superweapon and was responsible for all tests of the weapon, including the initial attack on Earth in 2153. When the Enterprise (NX-01) entered the Delphic Expanse several months later, Degra urged the council to hold off on attacking the starship and revealing their presence.
