Dekker was, in the Kelvin timeline, a 23rd century Human man. He was a member of Starfleet and held the rank of commodore in the 2260s decade.

Biography

By the year 2262, Dekker was the commanding officer of the Federation starship USS Constellation, on a survey of the Alpha Quadrant near the Delta Quadrant border. His ship was devastated by an unannounced enraged attack by Glocon of Gornar, a Red Lantern testing the capabilities of his Red Lantern power ring under the instruction of Atrocitus. The ship's saucer section was cleaved in two by the initial power ring blast, and the bridge crew was decimated, with Dekker among the dead. (TOS - The Spectrum War comic: "Issue 3")
