Delavi III was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant, the third planet in orbit of the Delavi star system.

Delavi III was in Federation territory, near the border with the Cardassian Union. In the year 2328, the Cardassians established a covert base underneath the surface of Delavi III's single moon. They were eventually driven out by a team from the starship USS Gettysburg. (CoE eBook: Turn the Page)
