Delosian

The Delosian were a species of which at last one member, Hibulta, served as a cadet in Starfleet. He was described as big and hairless, it is not known if he was a typical example of his race. (TOS novel: Aftershock)

The Name Delosian suggests the species was native to the Delos system, possibly Delos IV, which was a World affiliated to the Federation, but this is not definitely stated in the book.
