Delta Seven

Delta Seven was the code name for a human underground city on Torgu-Va. In 2367 the city was attacked by Tarn forces. It was believed that they had tortured a female human defender into entering her access codes that allowed the Tarn into the lower levels. Nearly three-thousand died in the massacre.
