Denison Morad was a male Cardassian who lived in the 24th century, and who worked as a courier. In response to the Cardassian government's decision to ally with the Federation as a member of the newly expanded Khitomer Accords in 2383, Morad used his shuttle to attack a Federation-provided industrial replicator complex. He succeeded in the attempt and was arrested, but Archon Makbar was unexpectedly lenient and sentenced him to just one hundred days in the Hutet labor camp. On his release, Makbar recruited Morad into the True Way based upon his obvious anti-Federation feeling.

As part of his work for the True Way, Morad visited Relvanek on Dessica II where he met with an Andorian who acted as go-between to Sela, then-chairperson of the Romulan Tal Shiar, who supported the group's aims. The Andorian reported on the placement of explosives on Deep Space 9 to Morad. Morad also acted as a courier for a secret Tzenkethi scientific research facility which was attempting to create an artifical wormhole to access the Gamma Quadrant. On the project's success, Morad travelled on board the Romulan warbird Vetruvis to traverse this wormhole, but died when the warbird was destroyed.
