Detroit

Detroit is a city on Earth in the United States of America, located in south-eastern Michigan, on the border between the United States and Canada.

Detroit was visited three times by time-travelling Xindi-Reptilians in an effort to construct a bio-weapon against Humans. Their efforts were foiled by Captain Jonathan Archer and Subcommander T'Pol. (ENT episode: "Carpenter Street")

Earth Starfleet Captain Erika Hernandez was born in Detroit. (ENT episode: "Home")

In 2251, James T. Kirk incorrectly guessed that Gary Mitchell was either from Detroit or Chicago. He was wrong on both counts, as Mitchell was born and raised in New York City. (TOS - My Brother's Keeper novel: Republic)

In the 2370s, Detroit was the location of a Starfleet office. (TNG - Tales of the Dominion War short story: "Eleven Hours Out")
