Dhej was a Trill symbiont who died sometime in the early to mid-18th century.

Dhej had eleven hosts, male and female, and had experienced motherhood and fatherhood. While joined, Dhej had specialised in the fields of medicine, cybernetics research, poetry, and criminal law. Before Dhej died, its memories were stored by the Annuated in the depths of the Caves of Mak'ala on planet Trill.

In the year 2376, Ezri Dax briefly experienced some of Dhej's memories courtesy of one of the Annuated. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Trill: Unjoined)
